Returns & Refunds
The Geothermal/Radiant Heating products may only be returned for a refund if it is unused and has not been installed. You have 14 business days to return the Geothermal/Radiant Heating products to TerraTherm Supply. No returns will be excepted after 14 business days. You must contact us to fill out a warranty claim form. The Geothermal/Radiant Heating products must be complete and returned unused. There is a 20% restocking fee on all Geothermal/Radiant Heating products returned, and the shipping/freight charge is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the completed paperwork and the Geothermal/Radiant Heating products, we will inspect the unit and will issue you an immediate refund if passes the No Use/No Install Test/Inspection.
The Geothermal/Radiant Heating products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. All units must be registered within 14 days of purchase. The warranty will be void if you fail to register your product within 14 business days of purchase. In the event of a component failure, TerraTherm Supply will, at our discretion, provide a replacement unit or repair components for installation. At our request, the defective part(s) must be returned to Radiant Made Simple in order to receive credit. This warranty covers parts only. You must fill out a warranty claim and email it to our warranty department. Damage resulting from abuse, water damage, or faulty installation is specifically excluded. TerraTherm Supply’s maximum liability shall be limited to the replacement cost of the unit.
